So, increase your fiber consumption. Fiber is nature’s fat blocker! It’s recommended to have five or more servings of vegetables per day, two to three fruits per day, and six to eleven grains (breads, cereals, grains) per day. Size does matter! A serving size should be considered 80-100 calories. An average apple is approximately 80 calories, but an extra large apple could be two to three times the serving size.
